BH&A Consulting focuses its' 20 years of resources, experience and expertise to provide recruitment, consulting and training services specifically to the Insurance and Financial Services industries. The recruitment services provided by BH&A Consulting range from entry level to executive search assignments; base salaries typically ranging from $35,000 to $200,000 per annum.

The role will entail placing advertisements, database searches, interviewing candidates, reference checking, client management and post placement support. To reward the hard work of our consultants, we have a generous benefit structure with great earning potential.

To succeed in this role you will have:
 
  • At least 12 months experience with Financial, Finance, Insurance, Superannuation or Life Insurance
  • A passion for sales
  • The professionalism to build lasting relationships with key client
  • The ability to provide highly tailored advice to clients and candidates
  • A drive to succeed personally and professionally
  • Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills
